Why We Start, Why Us
Once we were chatting with a mom of a disability daughter in wheelchair. That’s what she told us.
Generally, she was quite happy with the NDIS scheme, but there is one thing that she find helpless about: The daughter never engaged with her carer. The carers were doing wonderful jobs at what they are doing, but randomly communicate with her daughter, and that leads the young girl to only loneliness. She doesn't have too many friends, she doesn’t feel secure. Physically she was being taken care of, but deep down, she never felt confident. That’s never healthy, and it can cause a life-time trauma to the young. Especially for growing kids or a teenagers, their minds have so much potential and can be shaped in so many different ways. As a mom, she wants nothing but happy and health for her daughter. All she wants was a reliable and engaging service provider for her daughter.
That’s where we started thinking. Therapists don’t come everyday, it’s the carers who communicate with the clients the most. It’s not just about physical care, it’s always about healthy body and mind. We know what engaging and confident environments mean to the growing kids. Every single person is unique, and that’s why we try to do different with other service providers. We understand our clients, we care our clients.
We can always see the sparks in every kid. Don’t be afraid, let’s start a meaningful journey together.
Best Regards
Vincent
